You're not alone in this

If life has felt like too much lately…

The worry won't stop

Your mind won't switch off — racing thoughts, tension, that low hum of anxiety that follows you through the day.

Flat, tired, stuck

Low mood and no motivation. You're coping on the outside, but it's heavier than anyone around you knows.

Things feel strained

Tension in your relationships, or with yourself — patterns you can see but can't quite seem to shift alone.

Why it's so hard alone

It isn't a lack of willpower — and it isn't your fault

When you're stuck, "just think positive" never reaches the real thing. A few honest reasons it's hard to shift on your own:

01

You're too close to it

It's hard to see your own patterns clearly from the inside. A trained, caring outside perspective changes what's visible.

02

Old patterns run deep

Ways of coping built up over years feel automatic. Lasting change needs the right tools, not simply more effort.

03

You've had nowhere safe

Somewhere genuinely confidential and non-judgemental — to say it out loud and be met with understanding — is rarer than it should be.

What it's like to work together

Therapy that moves at your pace

To begin

A space that's yours

We start by simply understanding what's going on for you — no pressure, no judgement, no script to follow.

Together

Make sense of it

Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT, we connect the dots between what you feel, think and do.

Forward

Tools you can use

You leave with practical strategies and a clearer, steadier sense of yourself — built around your goals, reviewed as you go.

The approach

Clinical skill with genuine human warmthevidence-based therapy, always at your own pace.

Questions, answered

Do I need a referral?

Not to book a free call or a private session. For a Medicare rebate you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP — I'm happy to guide you through how that works.

What will it cost me?

Individual sessions are $200, with about $96.65 back through a Medicare rebate. Couples sessions are $250. The first 15-minute phone call is free.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. What you share is private, within the standard legal and ethical limits every psychologist explains at the start of working together.

Can we meet online?

Yes — secure telehealth sessions are available across NSW, as well as in person in Lindfield.

What happens in the first session?

Mostly listening. You share what's bringing you in, ask anything you like, and together we decide where to start. There's no pressure.

Do you offer sessions in Korean?

Yes — Soo works in both English and Korean. 한국어 상담도 편하게 가능합니다.

How do I know if therapy is for me?

That's exactly what the free 15-minute call is for — a no-obligation way to see if it feels right before you commit to anything.
